Community Bridge Building - 2 days (1+1) 1 -2 trainers The course has a practical focus on inclusion. Participants will learn how to support people with learning disabilities effectively to be part of the community they choose and to develop significant and enduring relationships. |

Active support – 6 days (1+1+1+1+1+1) 2 trainers How is your organisation doing supporting people with learning difficulties and high support needs to lead rich and dynamic lives? These 6 one-day training workshops will enable staff to work with people to support them to take part in the activities of everyday life, regardless of their impairment. |

Graphic Facilitation - 1/2 day or full day 1 trainer An opportunity to learn how to graphic even if you think that you cannot draw. Participants will practice graphicing to develop their skills and confidence in this powerful method of communication. |

Person Centred Planning Training
Managers Making it Happen - 4 days(1+1+1+1+1)

1 or 2 Trainers Managers are the key to changing the culture of services and ensuring that person centred approaches are adopted. While they may not be directly involved with facilitating person centred planning they need to understand then principles and demonstrate strong and effective leadership. Tools for Inclusion - 5 days(3+2) |

2 trainers The course provides the opportunity to learn about Essential Lifestyle Planning, Map and PATH. Participants will have the chance to develop new skills and learn how to start putting person centred planning into practice The elements of this course may also be provided separately. Personal Futures Planning - 1 day. |

1 or 2 trainers This is an opportunity to learn about Personal Futures Planning. Participants will have the chance to develop new skills and learn how to put Personal Futures Planning into practice. The course looks at building community connections and the role of the support worker. All Means All - 2 days(1+1). |

2 trainers This course is for people who are planning with people that don't use speech to communicate. Participants will have the opportunity to look at creative ways of planning. There will also be a chance to look at multi media equipment. Participants must already have a good knowledge of Person Centred Planning tools. |

Next Steps - Implementation Days 1 or 2 trainers Following initial training this is an invaluable opportunity to reflect and build on prior learning. On the day participants will have the chance to develop skills and address common implementation issues. |
Awareness DayThis course can be run for members of staff, carers or people with a learning difficulty. The day gives an overview to the values and principles of Person Centred Planning.
